Grooming is not just about a good-looking coat. At Dogs 'N' Pups our vets recommend it to every pet parent, because regular grooming keeps skin, ears, eyes and paws healthy. Here is exactly what our Nerul and Kharghar salons include in each package, what the add-ons cost, and how often your pet should visit.
Basic Grooming: ₹1,500
Basic Grooming is a complete clean-up from nose to tail:
- Eyes and ears cleaning
- Nail clipping and filing, plus a pawdicure
- Brushing, de-matting and de-shedding
- Sanitary trimming
- Shampoo and conditioning
- Blow dry and a final brush-out
- A finishing touch of perfume
Full Grooming: ₹2,000
Full Grooming includes everything in Basic Grooming, plus a haircut and hair styling. It is the natural choice for long-coated breeds like Shih Tzus, Maltese and Poodles, or for any dog whose coat has grown out since the last visit.

Why we skip perfume after a tick treatment
If your pet gets a Flea and Tick Treatment or a Medicated Wash, we leave out the perfume. Perfuming a pet straight after a special treatment is not good practice: skipping it keeps your pet safe and helps the treatment work as it should.
How often should my dog be groomed?
We recommend grooming about once a month, especially in summer, and a tick treatment every now and then. Ticks and fleas love warm, humid weather, so regular checks catch them before they become a problem for your pet and your home.
Why not just do it at home?
A bath at home is fine, but clipping nails, cleaning ears and cutting out mats can hurt your pet if they are not done correctly. Our groomers do this every day, with the right tools and a calm, hygienic setup, so your furry friend goes home comfortable and happy.
